Step 1 – Finding a suitable cover band for your event
Select your entertainment category from the main menu (above) Eg: Soloists, Duos, Cover Bands, Etc. Then scroll through our bands and click on their links to listen to demos, read bios, view song lists and photos. Some of our bands even have videos on these links. All bands are listed by band code numbers.
Step 2 – How to get a quote?
Make a note of at least two bands that you like the look of (using their band code numbers), and then click on the Get A Quote tab and follow the prompts and fill out the form. This will send us all the information we require to provide you with an accurate quote. We will reply with prices and availability on each band via email or phone usually within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Be sure to check your spam and junk folders as sometimes our quotes can end up there. If you don’t receive the quote at all from us, please call our office on 0412 280 467 in case there was an error.
Step 3 – Booking the band and paying the deposit to secure you band
Once you have received your quote and are happy to proceed with one of your selected bands, simply use our Book Online form to send us your booking. Once the booking has been sent, you have 2 hours to contact us with a visa or mastercard to process the deposit to secure the band. Please note: Bookings are not locked in until the deposit has been paid, your band may still book up elsewhere if you leave it too long.
Step 5 – The paperwork (booking confirmation / invoices)
Once we have processed the deposit to secure the band, we then write up a booking confirmation sheet for you and the band, that has contact details to each other and outlines remaining payment details. The bands name will also be written in the booking confirmation along with their band code number and ABN.
Step 6 – Talking with the band directly
You can now talk directly with the band to go over the finer details if you wish. The band will also contact you the week leading up to the event.
