As an ever evolving juggernaught of the Gold Coast entertainment industry, they are known from Cairns to Tasmania, and having played most of the major clubs and Casino’s, are recognised as one of the most versatile party acts in the country.
Gold Coast Band 427 play 60’s flower powered pop, 70’s Disco, 80’s Retro, Reggae, Country Rock, and then turn around and play a song from Anastasia, or Jack Johnson, Simon and Garfunkel or Travis! They will play full costume theme sets, or black-tie / cocktail dress for your corporate function or just Casual dress if it suits the event.
They have supported Aussie greats such as Jimmy Barnes, John Farnham and Mental As Anything. As a soloist, the band leader has also supported Diesel and Mark Seymour from Hunters and Collectors. Gold Coast Band 427 promise to bring to your function their unique brand of 60’s 70’s 80’s 90’s & Now. They deliver all this with dynamic three part harmonies, and way more energy and fun on stage than any band has the right to have.
