Sydney Duo 317 is an acoustic duo with backing tracks that performs at weddings, parties, themed events and corporate functions. They are also able to provide MC services for special functions, and they have a huge selection of recorded music available before, after and in-between live musical sets.
Sydney Duo 317 play a selection of 1970’s, 1980’s and 1990’s songs, with a focus on the Countdown era of Australian music. They use professional PA equipment including a 1,000 watt Yamaha EMX512SC 12 channel powered amplifier plus 2 x 15” HH front-of-house speakers and foldback speakers. On stage, they play from a range of high quality guitars including Cole Clark, Martin, Taylor, Maton and Yamaha.
Member 1 plays lead acoustic for the duo and adds backing vocals too. He is a versatile full-time musician and music teacher, with 25 years of experience and a long list of credits. Member 2 provides lead vocals and acoustic guitar. He has performed at many Sydney corporate events and functions.
